POLICIES

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No Shows

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate your full session, and you will be charged for the full appointment time scheduled.

Cancellations & No Shows

  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum 72 hours notice ( 3-day) is required for cancellations, as it provides time for me to attempt to fill the vacant appointment time in my schedule, and clients to plan hair growth for removal.

  • Failure to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, or if a client does not show for a scheduled appointment; will result in client being required to pay for the missed appointment in full. Habitual cancelations will pay for services in advance, or will not be allowed to book future appointments, and all upcoming appointments will be cancelled.

  • Additionally, if a client fails to show, and or cancels with less than 24 hrs notice a second time, the client may not be accepted to book future appointments unless client pays for missed appointment prior to subsequent appointments being scheduled, and pays in advance for new appointment.

We will review your HHA during your new client consultation and it will be updated if any changes occur during your treatment program.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to complete it. To save time, you can download the health history assessment form, e-mail it 1- day prior to first appointment: elect.essentialsha@gmail.com, or print it out and bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
